1. I think I have a problem.

    I have an addiction to sugar.  We used to be friends, sugar and I.  We used to have so much fun together.  These days, not so much.

    This morning I had a cookie, and for the rest of the day it was all I could think about.  Sugar.  Sugar.  Sugar!

    A few days ago, I bought a big bag of M&Ms…and ate the entire thing.  I didn’t sleep for two nights.

    I figure I have two choices.  1. Start eating more sugar - as much as I did ‘back in the day’ when I started and ended my day with super sugary soda and coffee drinks.  2. Stop eating it entirely.

    I think the first one sounds more fun, but does that mean that I really have a problem?
