In a sudden burst of energy, I rode my bike to the library, got a library card, checked out some books, and then went for a ride along the boardwalk until the fog attacked. When I got back home, I had an email from a potential employer! So I called them and had a phone interview, which went as well as can be expected considering that I haven’t had a non-restaurant job in five years and now I’m back on the couch, but instead of lying here like a lump I’m practicing guitar. So maybe I can consider today to be a success after all!
