Well, it’s been a while since I posted anything here, and I have absolutely no good excuse. I just moved to Santa Monica. I have no friends here yet. No job, either. No money (well, much less than before, which is freaking me out a bit - you know, what with the whole unemployed thing) so I have quite literally nothing to do. I bought a bike, so I go for rides up and down the beach, but cruiser biking alone isn’t much fun. I drop off resumes at any and every bar I find (unless the servers wear ties, because I’m not that desperate yet!) I go running, I take the dogs for walks. I have tons of projects that I could be doing at home…sewing, knitting, reading, writing, drawing…but I’m so bored that I lack the motivation to work on them. Seriously, I don’t know how the unemployed can stand it! I’m going insane here!
Today though. Today I’m going to try to get out of this funk and be productive. If it goes well, I might find the motivation to tell y’all about it. Wish me luck.
