So apparently the Caesar salad isn’t really Italian, but Mexican…according to this article, it was invented by accident (just like Post it Notes!) at the Caesar Restaurant in Tijuana, Mexico. And here I thought the only thing that happened in Tijuana was donkey shows!
Oh, and the restaurant closed this week. Bummer.
